90,000 tons in three years! Yongtai Science and Technology, an electrolyte material enterprise, won another order from Ningde Times

On June 25, Yongtai Science and Technology issued an announcement. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang Yongtai New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. (Hereinafter referred to as "Yongtai New Energy"), recently signed the Cooperation Agreement on Electrolyte Raw Materials with Ningde Times New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.

According to the agreement, during the period from June 1, 2026 to December 31, 2029, both parties will cooperate in the purchase and sale of vinylene carbonate (VC), an electrolyte additive. The details of the product name, specification, model, unit price, quantity and technical standards will be subject to the subsequent written orders or other documents confirmed by both parties.

The agreement defines the product delivery plan for the next three years, with a delivery volume of 20,000 tons ± 5% in 2027, 30,000 tons ± 10% in 2028 and 40,000 tons ± 12% in 2029. At the same time, it is agreed that if the demand for electrolyte in Ningde Times changes due to fluctuations in market demand and changes in technical routes, Ningde Times has the right to revise the demand for vinylene carbonate, and the actual demand is subject to specific orders.

In addition, the announcement disclosed that among the relevant agreements disclosed by Yongtai Science and Technology in the past three years, the supplementary agreement on material procurement signed with Ningde Times has been signed and fulfilled in January 2024, and another electrolyte cooperation agreement signed on June 9, 2026 is currently being fulfilled.

Earlier, on June 9, Yongtai Science and Technology disclosed that Yongtai New Energy, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed the Electrolyte Cooperation Agreement with Ningde Times, agreeing to cooperate on the purchase and sale of electrolyte materials by December 31, 2028.
