In retrospect, on May 25 , 2025, Turkey launched an anti-dumping investigation on photovoltaic aluminum frames originating in China, and the dumping investigation period is from October 1, 2023 to September 30, 2024. The damage investigation period is from January 1, 2022 to September 30, 2024. On December 13 of
the same year, Turkey made an affirmative preliminary ruling and decided to impose a provisional anti-dumping duty of 14.79% -31.40% on the CIF price of the products involved.
However, after the final ruling six months later, the tax rate rose significantly. Among them, six enterprises such as Jiangsu Yuejia Metal Technology Co., Ltd. were levied 38.26% anti-dumping duty, while other enterprises were levied 45.99% tax rate . It is noteworthy that just five days before the final ruling of the aluminium frame (June 19), the Turkish Ministry of Trade launched another anti-dumping investigation on solar glass originating in China, Malaysia and Vietnam in response to the application of Turkish producers. The
dumping investigation period of this case is from October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025, and the injury investigation period is from January 1, 2022 to September 30, 2025.

2016, Turkey launched an anti-dumping investigation on photovoltaic modules originating in China , and made an affirmative final ruling in April of the following year. Anti-dumping duties of US $20/m2 and US $25/m2 were imposed on the imported components of 16 Chinese enterprises and other Chinese enterprises, respectively, with a validity period of 5 years. By May 2025, Turkey's trade remedy efforts will be further upgraded. On May 25, 2025, the Ministry of Trade of Turkey issued two announcements to launch anti-dumping investigations on solar panel junction boxes and photovoltaic aluminium frames originating in China .
At present, Turkey's case of Huaguang photovoltaic aluminium frame has been finalized, but the investigation of solar panel junction boxes filed in the same period has not yet been finalized. According to the previous announcement, the dumping investigation period of the case is the whole year of 2024, and the damage investigation period is from January 1, 2022 to December 30, 2024.
From photovoltaic modules, to aluminum frames, junction boxes, to today's glass, Turkey's blockade of China's photovoltaic industry chain is tightening layer by layer.
