China Building Material Group will play a good role in the national team and main force of non-metallic materials during the "Fifteenth Five-Year Plan" period, and better serve the overall situation of the Party and the state.
To this end, Zhou Yuxian defined the overall goal of China National Building Material Group's "15th Five-Year Plan": by 2030, to accelerate the building of a world-class material industry investment group with global competitiveness and become the world's leading supplier of non-metallic material system solutions.
Specifically, during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, CNBM will make efforts in three major directions:
First, deepen the integration of innovation and investment, and build up growth momentum. Focus on the strategic layout of the national "15th Five-Year Plan" material field, and fulfill the strategic mission of the state-owned capital investment company. Find out the combination point of scientific and technological innovation and industrial investment law, establish the concept of "different stages of innovation need different types of investment to match, different types of investment need innovation to support", accelerate the deep integration of innovation chain, industrial chain, capital chain and talent chain, and accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements into real productive forces.
Second, deepen the integration of transformation and upgrading, and consolidate the foundation for growth. Basic building materials should be better distributed and managed inward, accelerate the rise of industrial value chain, expand the market outward, break through the encirclement and accelerate the promotion of "going to sea". The new industry will accelerate the improvement of the industrial echelon ecological system, optimize the "second curve" business layout, and promote a benign ecological system of the material industry with reasonable structure and continuous kinetic energy.
The three is to deepen the integration of domestic and international markets and expand the growth boundary. Relying on the new development pattern, China seizes the needs of infrastructure construction, application scenario expansion and consumption upgrading to provide customers with "material system solutions". International anchoring "overseas reengineering" strategy, forming a coordinated development of overseas markets, and striving to upgrade from "going out" to "going in" and "going up".
