China Railway Construction: high-level adjustment!

On March 2, China Railway Construction Corporation Limited issued a notice on the convening of the first interim shareholders' meeting in 2026. The company will hold the first interim shareholders' meeting in 2026 on March 20 to consider the proposal of adding executive directors of the company. Details of the resolution are as follows:

As recommended by China Railway Construction Corporation, the controlling shareholder of the Company, and considered and approved by the nomination committee of the board of directors of the Company, Mr. Pei Minshan and Mr. Chen Zhiming were nominated as candidates for executive directors of the Company, with their terms of office commencing from the date of approval at the shareholders' meeting and being the same as those of the sixth session of the board of directors of the Company.

Biography

Mr. Pei Minshan, aged 55, Chinese nationality with no right of abode overseas, is currently the President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Company, and the General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of China Railway Construction Group Corporation. He served as Director of Production and Operation Management Department, Assistant to General Manager, Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, Chairman, General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman, General Manager, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of CCCC Highway Planning and Design Institute Co., Ltd. In October 2019, he was appointed to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Communications Construction Company Limited. In August 2021, he was appointed to the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of China Communications Construction Group Co., Ltd. In February 2026, he was appointed as General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited. Mr. Pei graduated from Southeast University with a bachelor's degree in engineering, majoring in highway and urban road engineering, and later obtained a postgraduate degree in energy and environment and a doctor's degree in engineering from Tongji University. Chen Zhiming, aged 55, a Chinese national with no right of abode overseas, is currently the deputy secretary of the party committee and the chairman of the labour union of the Company, as well as the deputy secretary of the party committee and the chairman of the labour union of China Railway Construction Group Co., Ltd. He served as Deputy General Manager, General Manager, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board of China Railway 11th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. In July 2024, he was appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited and a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited. In January 2026, he was appointed as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited, and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union of China Railway Construction Corporation Limited. Mr. Chen graduated from the Central Party School with a bachelor's degree in economic management and is a senior engineer.
