On June 18, the Ecological Environment Bureau of Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province (Daishan Branch) issued the "Announcement on the Approval Decision of the New Building Material Project of Zhejiang Zhoushan Wanji Concrete Products Co., Ltd. made on June 18, 2026", saying that it agreed in principle with the conclusion of the EIA report.
The report shows that this project is a cement product manufacturing project, and the construction site is Qushan Fishing Port Economic Zone, Daishan County, Zhoushan City. The total investment of the project is 107.03 million yuan, the total floor area is 10819 m2, and the construction content includes two sets of fully enclosed 140m3/H concrete mixing production lines, one set of 205t/H aggregate production line and related auxiliary building facilities in the plant area. The two production lines are planned to produce 170,000 m3 of commercial concrete (including 70,000 m3 of precast concrete components) and 700,000 tons of sand and gravel annually.
