Guangzhou. Some buildings of the project have been constructed to the top of the structure, which belongs to the typical mode of "building while recruiting" urban village reconstruction, and puts forward higher requirements for the site takeover and connection ability of the general contractor.

[Basic Information of the Project] The project is located at the west side of Jiulong Avenue and the north side of Guangshan Highway (west side of Zhenlong North Station of Metro) in Xinlong Town, Huangpu District, with a total land area of approximately 36,526 ㎡ and a plot ratio of 5.01. The total construction area is estimated to be about 271,170 ㎡ (the capacity is about 183,052 ㎡). Five residential buildings (1-32 floors of podium type) will be built, including about 114,000 square meters of A-level and basic-level prefabricated buildings, and the standard of two-star green building + three-star smart residential area. Buildings 1 , 7 # and 8 # and surrounding basements have been constructed to the top of the structure.
