[Basic information of the project] The total land area of the project is about 40,864.24 The total building area is about 105,030 ㎡ (about 90,630 ㎡ above the ground and about 14,400 ㎡ underground), including 5 industrial plants (about 77,230 ㎡), 1 supporting building (about 13,400 ㎡) and basement. Outdoor greening, roads, pipe network and other supporting facilities will be completed simultaneously. The construction period is 540 calendar days.

Fuyan Biomedical Health Industrial Park Phase II EPC bidding results were released, and the consortium of China Huaye Science and Industry Group Co., Ltd. and China Southwest Architectural Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. won the bid with about 763 million yuan. Phase I was taken over by MCC19, and Phase II was taken over by Huaye. MCC has achieved "two phases" in Fuyan Biomedical Industrial Park; China Construction Southwest Survey Institute is the "double partner" of Phase I and Phase II.
