Recently, according to a property rights trading platform, Pingdingshan Ruiping Shilong Cement Co., Ltd. has the right to dispose of 2250 tons/day cement clinker production capacity index listed for transfer, with a base price of 40.5 million yuan (equivalent to a unit price of 60 yuan/ton).

It is understood that Pingdingshan Ruiping Shilong Cement Co., Ltd. was established on September 12, 2005 with a registered capital of 300 million yuan and registered in Sunling Village, Shilong District, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province. The company is 60% owned by Pingdingshan Ruiping Coal and Electricity Co., Ltd. and 40% owned by Tianrui Cement Group Co., Ltd.
