15, with the signing of a cooperation agreement between Lianzhou Bureau of Industry and Information Technology and Guangdong Zhouyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., the green building materials production base project with a total investment of 144 million yuan landed in Lianzhou Xintang Industrial Park.
The project will build a fully enclosed environmental protection building materials production base integrating concrete, gravel and asphalt, which will inject new momentum into revitalizing the land stock of Lianzhou Park, filling up the short board of green building materials production capacity and serving the construction of major transportation infrastructure.
The project relies on 70 mu of industrial land in Xintang Industrial Park acquired by Guangdong Zhouyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. to build a fully enclosed green environmental protection concrete mixing station, a sand and gravel processing plant and an asphalt mixing station. The construction period of the project is 12 months. After completion, it can produce 500000 cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete, 500000 tons of machine-made sand and gravel, 100000 tons of asphalt concrete annually, with annual business income of about 262 million yuan, annual tax payment of about 19.75 million yuan, and directly provide 60 jobs.
