On October 13, Guodian Electric Power Inner Mongolia Comprehensive Energy Guodian Electric Power "Mengdian into Anhui" New Energy Base Overall Implementation Plan and Feasibility Study Report Compilation Service Public Bidding.

The tender announcement shows that the Inner Mongolia Desert Base Power Transmission East China (Anhui) Project (supporting) power supply project is located in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia, with a planned total installed capacity of 15.14 million kilowatts , including 2.64 million kilowatts of coal power and 4.5 million kilowatts of wind power. Photovoltaic 8 million kilowatts , supporting electrochemical energy storage 4.25 million kilowatts * 2 hours. The clean energy power of the base is transmitted to Anhui Province through the ± 800kV UHVDC transmission project. The scope of this

tender includes but is not limited to the completion of the overall design scheme of new energy integration, the special study on the wake characteristics of large-scale wind power base in Shagehuang and the adaptability of wind turbines, Special research on the operation mode of photovoltaic modules and brackets based on the optimal economic operation; complete the mapping of 1:500 topographic map of photovoltaic field area and booster station (including energy storage), preliminary geological survey, preparation of pre-feasibility study report of photovoltaic (including energy storage) project, etc. The planned service period of the

project is from November 2026 to December 2030, and the specific time is subject to the notice of the tenderee. In terms of

performance, this tender requires bidders to meet the following performance requirements at the same time:

this project accepts consortium bidding, and each member unit of the consortium shall have the qualifications and performance suitable for the division of labor agreed in the consortium agreement. The

bidding documents shall be obtained from 9:00 on October 14 , 2026 to 16:00 on October 20, 2026.

The bidding deadline and bid opening time are 9:00 on November 3, 2026.
