project is about 246.6 million yuan , which is implemented by Zhongmin (Fuqing) Photovoltaic Power Generation Co., Ltd. , a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongmin Energy. The main construction content and scale is to build a centralized photovoltaic power generation project with an installed capacity of 50 MW on the water surface of leased pits and ponds. The construction period of the

project is 9 months, and the expected commencement date is December 31 , 2026.

It is noteworthy that in July 2026, the project has been certified by Fuqing Development and Reform Bureau . The construction of this project still needs to go through the relevant approval procedures for environmental protection, land use and engineering construction.

Jiangxi Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology: Implementation Rules for Abolishing Capacity Replacement of Cement and Glass Industry in Jiangxi Province

On October 13, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province announced that due to the revision of the policy of capacity replacement in the cement and glass industry by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Office of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangxi Province decided to abolish the Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of Jiangxi Province (Gongxin Regulation No.2024) from the date of issuance of the notice, and to abolish the "Rules for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry of Jiangxi Province". The capacity replacement of cement and glass industry in the whole province will be handled in accordance with the relevant policies of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in the future.
