On June 16, Jidong Equipment disclosed a construction contract dispute case of its wholly-owned subsidiary.
According to the announcement, on June 12, 2026, the People's Court of Huixian City, Xinxiang City, Henan Province formally accepted the case. The plaintiff in this lawsuit is Tangshan Dunshi Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jidong Equipment, and the defendants are Henan Huanshan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Henan Taiyangshi Group Cement Co., Ltd., and Xinxiang Zhenxin Cement Co., Ltd. Accounting for 9.58% of the company's latest audited net assets.
Tracing back to the cause of the case, as early as October 2022, Huanshan Environmental Protection signed a construction contract with Tangshan Dunshi Construction, which agreed that the latter would undertake the relocation and technical renovation of the 5500t/d cement clinker production line.
Subsequently, Sunstone Group Cement and Xinxiang Zhenxin Cement signed guarantee contracts and equipment mortgage contracts to provide joint and several liability guarantees and equipment mortgage guarantees for the performance of part of the project funds. After the completion of the
project construction, Huanshan Environmental Protection has not paid in full, and up to the time of prosecution, the principal of the project in arrears amounted to 41.402 million yuan.
For this reason, the plaintiff filed a number of litigation requests, demanding that Huanshan Environmental Protection settle the project funds and overdue interest, while claiming that the project involved in the case enjoys the priority of compensation for the price; The other two defendants are required to bear joint and several liability for the project payment and interest of 30.8737 million yuan, and to exercise the priority of compensation for the disposal price of mortgaged equipment. In addition, the three defendants are required to jointly bear the case acceptance fee, lawyer fee and other rights protection related costs.
