On June 19, the first phase of Huimin Distributed Photovoltaic Corridor Construction Project in Yongdeng County, Lanzhou, Gansu Province was officially started .
The photovoltaic power generation project of Zhongchuang Food Industrial Park , the first phase of Huimin Distributed Photovoltaic Corridor Construction in Yongdeng County, will revitalize the roof of idle factory buildings in the park, and will adopt the mode of self-use and surplus electricity access to the grid . It is understood that the project will be invested and constructed by Gansu yuanteng New Energy Co., Ltd . After the
project is completed and put into operation, it will greatly reduce the amount of electricity purchased by enterprises in the park, effectively reduce the overall energy consumption and carbon emissions, and help the park transform and upgrade from a traditional production park to a green low-carbon demonstration park.
In addition, Yongdeng County will continue to expand the construction of Phase II and Phase III of the photovoltaic corridor with this project as the starting point.
It is noteworthy that on April 30, 2026, Gansu yuanteng New Energy Co., Ltd. had invited public bidding for EPC general contracting and supervision of the first phase of the project. However, due to changes in the content and scale of the project bidding, the tenderer suspended all the bidding work of the project on May 15 .
According to the original bidding plan, the project plans to build distributed photovoltaic power generation projects in Shuping Town, Heqiao Town, Longquansi Town, Datong Town, Zhongbao Town, Chengguan Town, Kushui Town, Liushu Town's administrative village public roads, public building roofs and industrial parks in Yongdeng County. Total installed capacity is 200 MW .
Since the termination of the tender on May 15, as of the date of publication, the tenderer has not yet launched a new round of public bidding.
