On February 13, Yanyuan 10 # Block Changbai Photovoltaic Project EPC General Contracting Announcement was issued, and the owner was Chuantou (Yanyuan) New Energy Co., Ltd .
It is understood that the project is located in Changbai Town , Yanyuan County, Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, with a new photovoltaic power station , including photovoltaic field, booster station, collector lines and ancillary facilities. The planned installed capacity of this
project is 300,000 kilowatts (AC measurement), and the power collection line in the field is planned to adopt the combination of direct burial of 35kV cables along the road and overhead lines. The project plans to build a new 220kV booster station, which will be connected to the 500kV substation in Liangshan through a 220kV line. The bidding scope of the
project includes but is not limited to the completion of the project design, construction preparation, civil construction, procurement and supervision of self-purchased equipment and materials, arrival acceptance and storage of all mechanical and electrical equipment, equipment installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, trial operation and all other related work. The planned construction period of the
project is 540 calendar days from the date of issuance of the commencement order by the supervisor to meet the conditions of full capacity grid-connected power generation. In terms of
performance, this tender requires bidders to have at least one completed similar project ( 200 MW and above photovoltaic power plant project ) design and construction performance since January 1, 2023. Consortium bidding is accepted
in this tender . In case of consortium bidding, the following requirements shall be met:
the bid closing time is 9:00 on March 9, 2026.
