Recently, according to the website of the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, in order to implement the Environmental Protection Law of the People's Republic of China and the Air Pollution Prevention Law of the People's Republic of China, prevent and control air pollution and improve the quality of the ecological environment. The amendment to the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Cement Industry (GB 4915-2013) is hereby approved as the amendment to the National Emission Standard of Air Pollutants, which is jointly issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Environment and the General Administration of Market Supervision. It is mentioned in the
amendment that the emission limits of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides in "drying equipment with independent heat source" in "dryer, drying mill, coal mill and cooler" in the original emission standard are revised to 10 mg/m ³, 50 mg/m ³ and 80 mg/m ³ respectively; Increase the ammonia emission limit to 8 mg/m ³.
The amendment will be implemented from April 1, 2026. Newly-established enterprises shall fully implement the above standard amendment from the date of implementation; existing enterprises shall implement the provisions of Article 6 of the above standard amendment from January 1, 2028, and other provisions shall be fully implemented from the date of implementation.
