By using chain conveyor, mixer, batching scale, air chute, packing machine, elevator and dust remover, 1 million tons/year of P · C 42.5 low-grade cement is produced by mixing purchased P · II 52.5 high-grade cement, mineral powder and fly ash in proportion.
