The replacement capacity of single Hubei accounts for 85%. In less than five months,

a province has approved the construction of 25 co-production lines, which together have an annual production capacity of 9.55 million tons (calculated by 300 days of cement clinker production lines). Cement enterprises and phosphorus chemical enterprises did not jointly carry out the planning of phosphogypsum resource utilization, but saw the projects one after another. It is hard to believe that the number and layout of such co-production lines can be scientific and reasonable.
