China Cement Network, on October 13, 2026, the East China Cement Price Index rose 2.25 points from the previous trading day, closing at 277.45 points, or 0.82%, the largest increase in all regions of the country on that day. It is about 3.2 times of the increase (0.26%) of the national cement price index in the same period, and also higher than 0.54% of the price index of the Yangtze River; the price index of the southwest fell by 0.71% in the same period, and the rest of the region was flat. In terms of

price, recently, affected by the moderate rebound in demand after the National Day and the high cost of raw materials, the price of cement in East China has been pushed up. The average reference price of 42.5 bulk P. O in Longyan, Zhangzhou, Quanzhou, Putian and Xiamen in Fujian increased by 5.00%, and many leading enterprises in Xiamen and Putian notified an increase of 20 yuan/ton; Zhejiang Ningbo, Wenzhou, Taizhou and other coastal markets implemented a 15 yuan/ton increase on October 11. The reference average price of bulk in Taizhou, Wenzhou and Ningbo increased by 3%, and Zhoushan increased by 4%; the reference average price of bulk in Chizhou and Tongling in Anhui increased by 3.00% and 4.00% respectively, and the enterprise notified an increase of 10 yuan/ton.
In the short term, the support of this round of pushing up mainly comes from both sides of demand and cost: after the National Day, the market demand in East China has recovered compared with September, but the overall level is still lower than peak season in previous years; the cost of raw materials remains high, and the willingness of enterprises to support prices is strong. This round of provincial-level implementation has different rhythms, and whether the centralized push can be fully implemented still needs to be tracked continuously.
