On October 14, Longyuan Power issued a tender announcement for the first batch of photovoltaic module equipment framework procurement public bidding projects in 2026.
The announcement shows that in order to promote the construction of Longyuan Electric Power New Energy Project in an orderly manner and meet the needs of rapid construction of infrastructure projects, Longyuan Electric Power Group Co., Ltd. The estimated capacity of the tender is 6GW (1GW offshore and 5GW onshore).
This tender is divided into 7 bid sections according to offshore high efficiency, onshore high efficiency and onshore medium efficiency. In terms of
performance, Bid Section 1, Bid Section 2 and Bid Section 7 require January 2024 to the deadline for bidding. The bidder must have at least two copies of supply performance of N-type double-sided double-glass 610Wp and above photovoltaic modules with a single domestic contract supply capacity of 100MWp and above .
Bid Section 3, Bid Section 4, Bid Section 5 and Bid Section 6 require that from January 2024 to the deadline for bidding, the bidder must have at least 2 copies of supply performance of N-type double-sided double-glass 610Wp and above photovoltaic modules with a single domestic contract supply capacity of 200MWp and above . In terms of
delivery time, the supply will start within 5 days after the contract is signed, and the supply period will be valid for one year.
It should be noted that if within one year from the date of issuance of the bid-winning notice of each bid section or the execution amount reaches the bid-winning amount, if one month before the expiration of the validity period, the actual amount of orders received is less than 80% of the purchase amount, in the case of consensus with the winning bidder, the actual amount of orders received is less than 80% of the purchase amount. The validity period may be extended, except in the case of large fluctuations in market prices or major problems in the performance evaluation of the winning bidder. Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project . The
bidding documents shall be obtained from 9:00 on October 15 , 2026 to 16:00 on October 20, 2026. The bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on November 9, 2026.
