On October 11, Party Secretary and Chairman Yin Weiping and his delegation went to Zhuanghe Nuclear Power Project to carry out research, inspect the office space in the early stage of the project, and listen to the report of Zhuanghe Nuclear Power Project Department of CNNC II on the preparatory work.
Yin Weiping emphasized that we should thoroughly implement the strategic deployment of China Nuclear Group, implement the company's "123" development strategy, standardize the construction of enabling project management, continuously enhance the core competitiveness, make every effort to build the benchmark of nuclear power construction, forge the ace army of nuclear power construction, achieve the owner's performance objectives with high quality, and maintain the brand reputation of China Nuclear Group. Take the initiative to fulfill social responsibilities and create good economic and social values.
To promote the key work of the next stage of the project, Yin Weiping put forward five requirements:
First, deepen the linkage of business projects and keep the bottom line of operation. Plan project construction and full-cycle operation and management as a whole, promote the technical and business teams to work together, scientifically and carefully plan overall operation of the project, and consolidate the project operation foundation.
Second, we should strengthen the management and control of environmental features and improve the quality of the team. Continuously maintain the good appearance of the standardized and orderly office area in the early stage, fully stimulate the spirit of entrepreneurship of all staff officers, strive to forge a professional and compound construction team, and fully display the excellent style and external image of the project team.
Thirdly, we should standardize the management system and make good use of the supporting scheme. Actively docking and applying the company's standardization construction achievements, strictly implementing the provisions of project management standardization, promoting the use of the "one-click" overall solution, landing the "big backstage, small front" management operation mode, to achieve management quality improvement and cost reduction and efficiency.
Fourth, strictly abide by compliance control and standardize project implementation. Compliance requirements in accordance with the law run through all aspects of project contracting and implementation, promote compliance management to move forward, strengthen the management and control of the whole process of performance, build a strong compliance defense line from the source of project undertaking, and ensure that the whole process of the project operates in accordance with the law and regulations.
Fifth, tighten the strings of safety and quality and make up for the shortcomings of management. Deeply learn from the experience and lessons of various quality incidents, vigorously promote the realistic and pragmatic work style, continuously strengthen the quality control and information document management capabilities, do detailed concrete construction and other key process control, and earnestly keep the red line of safety and quality.
