On January 20, 2026, the Department of Economy and Information Technology of Hubei Province announced the Replacement Plan for Supplementary Capacity of 5000 Tons Daily Clinker Cement Production Line of Huaxin Cement (Zigui) Co., Ltd. The capacity replacement plan was not organized and implemented for some reasons, and now Huaxin Cement (Zigui) and Huaxin Jinlong Cement (Yunxian) have reached a consensus to apply for revocation of the announcement. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (Version 2024) (original [2024] No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), our department cancelled the Supplementary Capacity Replacement Plan for the Cement Production Line with a Daily Output of 5000 Tons of Clinker of Huaxin Cement (Zigui) Co., Ltd.
