In accordance with the requirements of the Circular of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of the Measures for the Implementation of Capacity Replacement in the Cement and Glass Industry (2024 Edition) (No.206 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology), after the verification and acceptance by the relevant municipal (state) economic and information bureaus, and the on-site review and confirmation by experts organized by our office, the relevant municipal (state) economic and information bureaus have been established. The following four enterprises have shut down and dismantled the main equipment such as kilns of cement clinker production lines for capacity replacement, and do not have the conditions to resume production.

On June 9, the Bureau of Economy and Information Technology of Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, issued the Announcement on the Transfer Scheme of Daily Production Capacity of 2800 t/d Cement Clinker of Sichuan Hongyun Building Materials Co., Ltd. in accordance with the Notice of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Issuance of the Implementation Measures for Capacity Replacement of Cement Glass Industry (2024 edition). The plan of Sichuan Hongyun Building Materials Co., Ltd. to transfer the cement clinker production capacity of 2800 t/d per day is now publicized.
