Safety is the red line of development. As of June 15, Huaxin Shentian Industrial Park has maintained safe production for 2869 days. The industrial park continued to deepen the "Six Ones" safety special activities, while abiding by the company's safety rules and regulations, combined with the production characteristics of the park, such as many steel structures, many high-altitude work points, flammable and explosive dust, frequent mobile equipment operations, summarized and refined the "one anchor, two strict, three complete and four solid" working method, and systematically consolidated the foundation of safe production.

The park always regards drawing lessons from accidents as an important grasp of safety management and control, and resolutely breaks away from paralysis and fluke mentality. Comparing with the recent domestic and industrial typical cases of major accidents, we should accurately identify the core risks of steel structure collapse, fire and explosion, mobile equipment injury, dust explosion, personnel slipping and falling, and establish a list of problems, responsibilities and rectifications, so as to ensure that an accident occurs. Eliminate the recurrence of similar risks from the ideological level, management level and on-site level. Focus on
tackling key problems and focus

on two high-risk areas to carry out special rectification. Firstly, we should strictly rectify the hidden dangers of steel structures, check and file all kinds of steel structures in high temperature, dust and humid environment one by one, complete anti-corrosion renovation, component reinforcement and other rectifications, and improve the intrinsic safety of buildings and structures. Second, strictly adhere to the bottom line of fire and explosion prevention, carry out investigation in high-risk areas such as coal powder and hazardous waste, clean up explosion-proof dead corners, update security facilities, standardize the approval process of special operations, and weave a dense safety net.
03. Full coverage, full participation and full closed-loop
management mechanism shall be strictly implemented, and the four-level investigation responsibilities of management, functional departments, workshop teams and post employees shall be consolidated, and five special dragnet rectifications shall be carried out simultaneously, so as to achieve no blind areas of risks and no hidden dangers.
First, we should pay attention to the special investigation of electricity safety. Comprehensive investigation of waste heat power generation system, high and low voltage distribution room, temporary electricity, cable bridge hidden dangers, rectification of aging lines, non-standard grounding, private connection and other issues. The second is to strengthen the special audit of mobile equipment. The mobile equipment in the park is audited in all dimensions, including braking, lighting, alarm, certification, one vehicle and one file. Synchronous optimization of operation zones, installation of on-board warning horns, upgrading of card swiping control, promotion of shovel-mounted 360-degree panoramic equipment, etc. Third, special environmental renovation should be carried out. Clean up the oil, water, moss and debris on the ground, re-standardize the safety warning markings, and significantly improve the working environment on site. Fourth, do emergency drills. Enhance the emergency response ability of employees, take the way of sudden notification, and effectively enhance the emergency response and self-rescue and mutual rescue ability of the whole staff. Fifth, we should strengthen the co-governance of the whole staff. Encourage the whole staff to base themselves on their posts to investigate hidden dangers, put forward countermeasures and come up with clever tactics. From January to June, employees reported a total of 6 safety good practices that can be promoted. At the same time, the region uses the safety reward fund to reward those who actively participate in governance, with a total reward of more than 10000 yuan this year.


Through special renovation, we will continue to ensure the safety of electricity, the intrinsic safety of equipment, the safety of the environment and the safety of emergency response, so as to build the safety bottom line of the park in an all-round way. Up to now, the closed-loop rectification rate of hidden dangers in this year is 100%, and the governance model of "promoting investigation by case, promoting reform by investigation and promoting security by reform" has been formed, and the overall risk provention and control ability has been significantly improved.
