Conch Cement spent 881 million yuan to build a large cement mine along the Yangtze River.

On October 9, Chizhou Natural Resources and Planning Bureau issued the Announcement on the Results of Listing and Transfer of Limestone Mining Rights for Cement in the Periphery of Beishan Mining Area, Chizhou City, Anhui Province. Anhui Chizhou Conch Cement Co., Ltd. won the mining right with a 88119 of 0.27 million yuan.

The mining area is located 37 kilometers southwest of Chizhou City, and the administrative division is under the jurisdiction of Tangtian Town, Guichi District, Chizhou City and Tongshan Town, the suburb of Tongling City. The total resources transferred within the mining area are 31412 6800 tons (including 33.9009 million tons of resources in Tongling City), of which the limestone resources for cement are 27103 6800 tons (including 33.9009 million tons of limestone resources for cement in Tongling City), and the dolomite resources for construction are 30.2096 million tons. Limestone resources for building stones are 12.8804 million tons.
