On October 8, Shaanxi Development and Reform Commission issued the Announcement on Decentralized Wind Power and Small Ground Photovoltaic Power Station Projects in Shaanxi Province in 2026.
On the basis of the declaration of each city, 22 projects of 520000 kilowatts were comprehensively determined to be included in the construction scale of decentralized wind power and small-scale ground photovoltaic projects in Shaanxi Province in 2026. Among them, there are 18 photovoltaic projects with a total installed capacity of 331 thousand and 600 kilowatts ; There are four wind power projects with a total installed capacity of 188 thousand kilowatts .
From the perspective of access mode, photovoltaic projects are self-generated and self-used; wind power projects cover self-generated and self-used and full access.
Among the 22 projects, the project owners involved are Datang Group , Shaanxi Investment Group, Yuneng Group and so on.
