of Sinoma International, recently decided to terminate the US $480 million (about RMB 3.244 billion) general contract for overseas cement projects signed with China-Africa Cement. The project includes a clinker production line with a daily output of 5000 tons , a cement grinding station with an annual output of 2 million tons and supporting power generation.

Because the commencement conditions stipulated in the contract have not been met for a long time, and the two sides have not reached an agreement on the price and construction period, the project has stagnated for a long time. The company has sent a letter to terminate the contract on June 4. At present, no reply has been received from the other party, and the contract has been terminated according to law.
