It is noteworthy that Sinohydro Bureau III won the first prize with the highest quotation (377.6034 million yuan) among the three companies, while Gezhouba No.2 Company (370.7561 million yuan) with low quotation only ranked second-under the comprehensive scoring system, the weight of construction credit and technical scheme is significantly higher than that of pure quotation.

[Basic information of the project] The project is located in Aksai Kazakh Autonomous County, Gansu Province, and is a demonstration project of intelligent transformation of green mines. Full-automatic stripping system is adopted for the project, including driverless electric dump truck, automatic drilling and blasting device, and field monitoring platform based on 5G/industrial Internet. About 10MW solar photovoltaic and wind power devices are synchronously arranged in the mining area, forming closed-loop green power self-supply. China Gezhouba Group No.2 Engineering Co., Ltd. ranked second with a quotation of 3,707,560,963.04 yuan (the lowest of the three companies), and Sinohydro Bureau No.8 ranked third with a quotation of 3,82,565,5406.62 yuan (the highest of the three companies). The quotation span of the three companies was about 11.8 million yuan, with a difference of about 3.2%.
