Recently, Beijing Yanqing District Market Supervision Bureau, in conjunction with Yanqing Public Security Bureau and the owner of the registered trademark "Jinyu", launched a special law enforcement action on intellectual property protection, and successfully seized 519 bags of cement infringing the exclusive right to use the registered trademark "Jinyu", totaling 25.95 tons. In the early stage of the
joint action, the District Market Supervision Bureau locked in a business site suspected of selling counterfeit "Jinyu" cement in its jurisdiction by means of routine inspection, clue arrangement and trademark owner reporting. On the day of the operation, law enforcement officers cooperated with police officers and brand rights defenders to carry out on-site inspections in accordance with the law.
After investigation, 519 bags of cement stacked on the spot by the parties were rough in packaging and vague in marking, which were identified by the owner of the registered trademark "Jinyu" on the spot as products infringing the exclusive right to use the registered trademark. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Trademark Law of the People's Republic of China,
law enforcement officers seized 519 bags of counterfeit cement on the spot and fixed relevant evidence according to law. At present, the case is being further investigated and dealt with.
