万年青25日午间公告称，公司近日收到南方水泥有限公司2018年度现金分红5254.09万元，以及万年县财政局拨付的万年厂异地技改搬迁补偿款1亿元，上述两项收入分别计入当期利润总额及当期专项应付款。
截至本公告日，公司已累计收到该项搬迁补偿款1.65亿元。2019年1月1日至6月20日，公司及合并报表范围内子公司累计收到资源综合利用税收返还5723.65万元人民币(其中3256.04万元已计入一季度利润总额)，已计入公司当期利润总额。
