Huizhou Tapai Cement Co., Ltd. was approved (completed) on September 30. The project is located in Longmen County, Huizhou City, with a total investment of 90 million yuan.
The project relies on the existing two 4500t/d clinker production lines to co-dispose industrial solid waste instead of conventional fuel, construct temporary storage of alternative fuel, crushing and screening, conveying and metering, and on-line step furnace system, and implement the adaptability transformation of decomposition furnace. The design capacity of a single alternative fuel delivery line is 30t/H. The project does not change the existing clinker and cement production capacity, and is expected to save about 75000 tons of standard coal and reduce about 202500 tons of carbon dioxide annually after putting into operation.
