After investigation, the enterprise is unable to repay the debts due, is insolvent, and has no possibility of reorganization or reconciliation, and meets the legal conditions for declaring bankruptcy.
It is reported that the factory was established in 2002, mainly engaged in cement production and marketing. The original cement grinding production line with an approved capacity of 403000 tons has been dismantled in 2024 and does not have the capacity to restore production.
