project is constructed by Wenxi Zhongdian Huaxing Energy Co., Ltd., which is controlled by Guodian Investment (Shanxi) New Energy Development Co., Ltd., and the general contractor is Southwest Electric Power Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Engineering Consulting Group. The project has started in December 2021 and completed grid-connected power generation in May 2025.
