During the period of conducting open and secret visits, the
Central Safety Production Assessment and Inspection Team should go straight to the scene and dig deep and carefully. The hidden dangers of typical major accidents found in key industries such as mining, chemical industry, fireworks and firecrackers, construction, fire protection, industry and trade, and special equipment shall be handed over to provincial Party committees and governments, and local organizations shall be urged to check and rectify, reverse their responsibilities and deal with them seriously. We should carry out special inspections on supervision and law enforcement, adhere to the integration of investigation and treatment, and seriously investigate and deal with illegal and fraudulent acts in production safety, as well as prominent problems such as corruption in the field of production safety.
We should increase the public exposure and publicity of the media, publicly expose the hidden dangers of major accidents and typical violations of laws and regulations, effectively play the role of media supervision, and effectively play a deterrent and containment effect.
The meeting demanded that the Central Safety Production Assessment and Inspection Team should further strengthen the work of open and secret visits, consolidate responsibilities, implement vigorously, improve quality and efficiency, and resolutely curb the momentum of major accidents. We should be serious and tough, and strict requirements should run through the whole process. We should strengthen the collection of clues, identify major risk points and highlight hidden dangers, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of our work.
