Announcement: Tianjin Institute won the bid of 4000t/d cement clinker line EPC project with 880 million yuan

The project constructs a 4000t/d clinker cement production line supporting 6MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation, with an annual output of 1.2 million tons of clinker and 1.4 million tons of cement.

On June 7, the announcement of the bidding results of the EPC project (Bid Section 1) of the relocation project of the 4000t/d cement clinker production line of Langxian Gaozheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. of Xizang was issued.

The winning bidder is Tianjin Cement Industry Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. with a bid price of 884.58 million yuan.

It is understood that the project intends to adopt a new dry pre-decomposition production process, using six-stage preheater, SCR denitrification system, oxygen-enriched combustion technology, to build the first level of energy consumption, ultra-low emission production line of Xizang, to meet the future needs of special cement production capacity expansion. The goal is to build a first-class, Xizang, intelligent and environmentally friendly green factory in China. A 4000t/d clinker cement production line supporting 6MW pure low-temperature waste heat power generation will be built, with an annual output of 1.2 million tons of clinker and 1.4 million tons of cement, including 350,000 tons of P.MH42.5 cement, 350,000 tons of P.LH42.5 cement and 700,000 tons of P.O42.5 cement.
