In view of building the core competitiveness of domestic high-end functional materials, Zhou Min said that " the core competition comes from the self-control of core technology.". At present , Sysmex has realized the independent research and development of the whole chain from the synthesis of nanoparticles to the design of material formulation, process optimization, and industrial application .

Zhou Min said frankly, "Many domestic materials are not technically poor, but have no chance to play cards." In this regard, with the help of leading enterprises, Sysmex first received the exclusive strategic investment of Jingao Science and Technology in May. The landing application of high-end functional materials can optimize the performance of components from the source, reduce the loss of operation and maintenance, and escort the full-cycle cost control of power plants.

Based on the pain points of the industry and its own technological advantages, Zhou Min disassembled the logic of cost reduction from three aspects.

The first step is to realize "addition" to recover the loss of power generation: the self-cleaning coating has the characteristics of anti-reflection, anti-static, non-dust, wear-resistant and weather-resistant, which can increase the power generation by more than 5%; The second is to do "subtraction" to reduce costs, significantly reduce the cost of operation and maintenance: the use of coated components, cleaning frequency will be greatly reduced; Finally , "multiplication" is done to extend life and reduce hidden costs : the coating is cured on the glass surface, which can form a reliable protection for the components.

Zhou Min said that in the future, Sysmex will rely on various application scenarios to build verification standards and carry out long-term measurement in extreme environments such as high salt fog, strong wind and sand.
