Several cement and concrete quality inspection institutions in Shandong were notified of violations of laws and regulations.

On February 6, Shandong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau issued the Notice of Shandong Provincial National Defense Mobilization Office of Shandong Provincial Market Supervision and Administration Bureau on Publishing the Results of Supervision and Spot Inspection of Comprehensive Inspection and Testing Institutions in 2025.

The Notice has carried out on-site inspections on 150 comprehensive inspection and testing institutions in the province. Market supervision departments carried out on-site inspections on 147 institutions involved in building materials (including building insulation materials), food, agricultural products, jewelry, precious metals, safety protection, refined oil, carbon emission verification, fire products, judicial expertise and other fields. At the same time, the provincial National Defense Mobilization Office carried out on-site inspections of three civil air defense protection equipment inspection and testing institutions. Focus on checking whether false or false inspection and testing reports are issued, inspection and testing reports are issued beyond the scope, and whether the basic conditions and capabilities of personnel, equipment and places continue to meet the conditions and requirements for qualification recognition. inspected, 37 institutions are suspected of violating laws and regulations, and it is recommended to further investigate and deal with them, order them to make corrections and file a case for investigation in accordance with the law and regulations; 11 institutions need to be urged to cancel their qualifications because their basic conditions and capabilities do not meet the conditions and requirements for qualification recognition. There are 45 institutions with minor and general problems, and it is suggested that they be ordered to make corrections. The institutions
