The final of the 2026 National "Ankang Cup" Special Equipment Employees (Forklift Drivers) Safety Competition, co-sponsored by the General Administration of

Market Supervision and the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, was held in Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province, from September 21 to 23. With the theme of "comparing skills, improving quality and ensuring safety", the final contest adopts the competition system of "theoretical examination + practical competition". The theoretical examination focuses on forklift relevant laws and regulations, safety technical specifications and common sense of operation safety, and the practical competition focuses on driving, stacking and fine control skills.

Forklifts are equipped in cement enterprises as special motor vehicles in the field (factory). From the perspective of relevant laws and regulations, safety technical specifications and common sense of operation safety, the theoretical examination of the competition schedule emphasizes safety; from the perspective of practical competition focusing on driving, stacking and fine control skills, it focuses on driving and stacking operations.

In recent years, we have seen that in the use of forklifts in cement enterprises, there are not a few used for large bags of cement or small bags of large packages.

The Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment stipulate that the users of special equipment shall strictly implement the provisions of these Regulations and relevant laws and administrative regulations on safety in production to ensure the safe use of special equipment. Special equipment users shall establish special equipment safety technical files. The third item in the safety technical file is the daily use record of special equipment. Special Equipment Users for the Implementation of Safety Use, the responsibilities of field vehicle safety officers include establishing and improving field vehicle safety technical files, organizing and formulating field vehicle safety operation rules, guiding and supervising the correct use of field vehicles by operators, correcting and stopping illegal operations, etc.
