Inspection found that a loader was loading and unloading clinker in the open air on the south side of the raw material warehouse in the third factory area of the company, and there was dust emission in the process of transportation. The suspected loading and unloading materials were not sealed or sprayed to control the emission of dust and gaseous pollutants.

According to Article 108, paragraph 5, of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Atmospheric Pollution, the company was fined 20000 yuan.
