Jing Shiqing, chairman of the board of directors of the company, made a speech entitled "consolidating the foundation, strengthening the risk, breaking through the encirclement, cultivating new development".

Jing Shiqing pointed out that in 2025, all cadres and staff concentrated their efforts to overcome difficulties, the company's operating performance was stable and improved, the reform achieved remarkable results, the industrial transformation and upgrading were accelerated, the organizational capacity and vitality were enhanced, and the leadership of Party building was continuously strengthened. The internal and external situations in 2026 are mainly presented as the "three-stage superposition" of the economic shift period, the industry transformation period and the enterprise transformation period.
