On February 13, the tender announcement of Huadian Jiangxi 2026 Distributed Photovoltaic Project EPC General Contracting Project (two bidding sections) was issued. The project is located in Jiangxi Province. According to the provisional estimation of distributed photovoltaic projects initiated by various energy enterprises in Jiangxi region, the provisional estimated capacity of the two bid sections is 100MW . In terms of the performance period of the
bidding project, the planned construction period of the low-voltage access project should be completed within 2 months , and the planned construction period of the high-voltage access project should be completed within 3 months. The specific commencement and completion date of each project shall be subject to the notice of the Employer or the Supervisor. The service period of the project is one year.
The bidding project is divided into two bid sections . This is a framework tender, during which the successful bidder was qualified as a shortlisted supplier in the framework tender for EPC construction of distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Huadian Jiangxi Company in 2026. The quantity and capacity of EPC framework projects are based on the estimated statistics of the enterprise. The specific procurement capacity may be lower than or exceed the estimated capacity, and the actual project demand shall prevail.
In addition to the project supervision and other works within the responsibility of the Employer, the bid winner shall also be responsible for all formalities, construction coordination, equipment and material procurement, commissioning, testing, acceptance, grid connection and other package work within the scope of project construction, as well as the coordination within the responsibility of the Employer.
It is worth noting that, In principle , the photovoltaic modules , inverters and energy storage equipment of this bidding project are provided by the Employer. However, according to the actual situation of the project, Party A may designate (designate the framework supplier of the group) Party B to purchase. The
performance requires the bidder to have at least one 1MW or above photovoltaic EPC general contracting project put into operation in the past five years (from January 1, 2021 to the deadline for bidding, subject to the time of operation). Consortium bidding is not accepted for
this project . The time for
obtaining the bidding documents is from 17:15 on February 13, 2026 to 17:00 on February 27, 2026. Bid
closing/opening time is 9:00 on March 17, 2026.
