According to reports, the transfer target is part of the assets of the 2500t/d clinker production line in Longxi Town, Wugang City, Hunan Province, held by Hunan Yunfeng Cement Co., Ltd. and the demolition and transfer of buildings and structures, including buildings, structures, machinery and equipment, electronic equipment, mechanical spare parts, etc. This demolition transfer does not include the cement mill, the raw material conveying line in the clinker line and the clinker storage system. The transfer object is located in the factory area of Hunan Yunfeng Cement Co., Ltd. in Longxi Town, Wugang City, Hunan Province.
It is understood that Hunan Yunfeng Cement Co., Ltd. is controlled by Conch Cement . Its original 2500t/d clinker production line has been replaced to other factories of Conch Cement. The production line has been shut down on December 30, 2024.
