United Arab Emirates, on February 3, local time, Dr. Zeng Yuqun, chairman of Ningde Times, was invited to deliver a keynote speech with Nobel Prize winner Zhu Diwen at the first joint summit of the World Summit of Top Scientists (WLS) and the World Government Summit (WGS).

Zero-carbon technology promotes new energy to cross the critical
point of the market in many scenarios. Dr. Zeng Yuqun said that mankind is experiencing a revolutionary energy revolution, from the era of exploration and exploitation of fossil energy to the new era of obtaining energy from wind farms and photovoltaic power plants and storing it in batteries. Advances in technology have made sustainable energy solutions commercially viable, and the Ningde era is promoting the real economic competitiveness of renewable energy in a range of scenarios.
In the field of zero-carbon mines, the "photovoltaic + energy storage" system supported by Ningde Times has been deployed in remote mines in Chile and the Democratic Republic of Congo, and its electricity cost is about a quarter of that of diesel generators. In the field of zero-carbon industry, the energy storage solution of Ningde Times is providing reliable electricity for local cement plants in Pakistan, and the cost of electricity is reduced by half with photovoltaic. including renewable energy generation and advanced battery energy storage, will replace a large number of centralized fossil energy systems that are highly dependent on large power plants and large power grids, especially in areas with weak grid infrastructure. The high-voltage grid-type energy storage technology innovatively developed in Ningde era can effectively meet the challenge of stable operation of high-proportion new energy power system. At present, Ningde Times is using this technology to build the world's first 100% green power direct connection zero carbon park in China.
Advanced AI-driven scheduling and optimization can effectively balance energy supply and demand, and the future energy system will be more intelligent. In Shanghai, the energy storage system in Ningde era uses artificial intelligence technology to efficiently dispatch fluctuating energy demand for SenseTime AI data center and improve energy management efficiency.
Circular economy will be the key to achieving zero carbon energy. Unlike fossil fuels, the materials of a zero-carbon energy system can be recycled. At present , the recovery rate of nickel and cobalt in Ningde era reaches 99.6%, and the recovery rate of lithium reaches 96.5%, which are the highest level in the industry.
