On February 5, Huaneng Henan Branch Qingneng Company invited EPC public bidding for Luohe and Nanyang "Huaqiang Light" 80 MW roof distributed photovoltaic project, and the tenderer was Huaneng Henan Clean Energy Co., Ltd .
The announcement shows that the project is located in Henan Province, and the total capacity of the proposed AC side is 80 MW, of which the 400 V voltage level is temporarily 35 MW and the 10 kV/35 kV voltage level is temporarily 45 MW.
This project intends to develop distributed photovoltaic projects on the roofs of existing Party and government organs, hospitals, schools, enterprises and industrial and commercial buildings in Henan Province. The bidding scope includes project resource acquisition, survey and design, equipment procurement ( project PV modules , inverters , Bracket shall be provided by the Tenderee), power station construction, commissioning and grid connection, project acceptance and other work. The term of validity of the
framework is 24 months from the effective date of the framework contract. After winning the bid, the bid winner shall sign the framework EPC contract with the tenderee, submit the performance guarantee, develop by stages, and complete the grid-connected production according to the time required by the specific batch of project commencement approval after receiving the written notice from the tenderee. Consortium bidding is accepted for
this project . In case of consortium bidding, the number of members shall not exceed 2, and the consortium shall be composed of a design unit and a construction unit, and the construction unit shall be set as the lead unit. The deadline for
submission/bid opening is 9:00 on February 27, 2026.
