Atlas Energy Storage (e-STORAGE), a subsidiary of its energy storage solutions business, has reached a cooperation agreement with Sunraycer, a developer of clean energy power plants in the United States . It will provide energy storage systems and long-term operation and maintenance services for two independent energy storage projects in Texas, USA, with a total scale of 503 MWh (DC).
It is reported that the cooperative project is named "Lupinus" project, which is developed by Sunraycer. It is divided into two phases of construction :
Lubinghua No.1, with a scale of 202MWh , is expected to start construction in the first quarter of 2027 and achieve commercial operation in the third quarter of 2027; Lubinghua II, with a scale of 301 MWh , is scheduled to start construction in the third quarter of 2026 and put into commercial operation in the second quarter of 2027.
