Declare bankrupt! These Cement Grinding Stations Are in Crisis of Survival

According to the National Enterprise Bankruptcy Reorganization Case Information Network, on January 28, the People's Court of Sanjiang Tongzu Autonomous County ruled that Yunfeng Cement Co., Ltd. of Sanjiang County was declared bankrupt. It is understood that the company was founded on September 28, 2006, with a registered capital of 20 million yuan. It once had 600000 tons of cement grinding capacity, and has now ceased business and transferred its business premises.

According to a property rights trading platform, the People's Court of Shanghe County, Shandong Province, is auctioning the annual production capacity of 1 million tons of cement grinding under the name of Leling Junhua Building Materials Co., Ltd. with a starting price of 5.6 million yuan.

These cases are not an example, but a microcosm of the plight of the cement grinding industry in recent years.

As the key link of cement production ecology, grinding station undertakes the core function of processing clinker into finished cement, and its survival status is directly related to the stability of the industry supply chain. However, the current multiple pressures are pushing many enterprises to the edge of survival.

In this cold winter of the industry, the situation of independent grinding stations is particularly difficult -compared with the supporting grinding bases of large cement groups, these enterprises lacking group background have neither stable clinker supply channels nor the scale advantage of large enterprises in the competition for market share. demand is superimposed on the imbalance between supply and demand, and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Independent grinding stations lacking scale effect and resource support are struggling under double pressures, with successive cases of shutdown and bankruptcy, and the industry is undergoing deep adjustment. Although the

policy side has introduced measures related to capacity regulation and green transformation, the survival challenges of independent grinding stations are still difficult to alleviate in the short term. In the future, the industry concentration will be further enhanced, and resources will be gathered to the leading enterprises.
