The enterprises involved and relevant departments implemented rectification and accountability: the general manager involved was fined 21,600 yuan, the security officer was disposed of internally, and the enterprise was fined 310,000 yuan (paid in installments).
The assessment confirms that the rectification measures have been basically implemented and the safety management has been improved. At the same time, all parties are required to continue to consolidate their safety responsibilities, strengthen supervision and law enforcement, and prevent the recurrence of similar accidents.
