Domestic concrete price statistics in May showed that the national concrete price fell by 0.31% annually and 10.06% year-on-year. In each region, there is a significant increase and decrease in price changes. The rise was more prominent in Shanxi, with a month-on-month increase of 1.73%, and Xinjiang also had a 1.02% increase. The decline was more obvious in Guizhou, with a month-on-month decline of 1.98%; Chongqing and Yunnan also had a larger month-on-month decline, with 1.52% and 1.55% respectively. On a month-on-month basis, only Shanxi, Guangdong and Xinjiang rose, while the rest were flat or declined; all provinces declined on a year-on-year basis, with Shaanxi having the largest decline of 17.56%.
