The design speed is 80 km/H, the integral subgrade width is 22.5 m, and the separated subgrade width is 11.25 m; North Luoyin Interchange-Baijing East Interchange (3.4 km), sharing the same line with the new construction of Taiyuan Transit Section of National Highway 108, the two-way six-lane first-class highway standard, the design speed is 80 km/H, and the subgrade width is 40 m; Baijing East Interchange ~ Terminal (28.561 km), two-way four-lane first-class highway standard, design speed of 60 km/H, integral subgrade width of 20 meters, separated subgrade width of 10 meters. The load grade is highway-I, and other technical indexes are subject to the Technical Standard for Highway Engineering (JTG B01-2014). The bridge length of the whole line is 4185.5m/25 (excluding interchange), including 1983m/18 large and medium bridges and 2202.5m/7 separated interchanges (excluding interchange). There are 100 culverts in total (excluding interchanges). There are 68 box culverts and 32 pipe culverts. There are 20 passages in total, all of which are box-type passages; 1 tunnel of 1,030m in total along the whole line; 3 interchanges; 24 grade crossings; a total land area of 5,839.084 mu, with an additional land area of 5,302.438 mu; 1 toll station, 1 overload control station, 1 service area, 1 maintenance work area, 1 tunnel management station and 1 monitoring and communication station jointly built at the same site. The total static investment of this
project is about 3,391.42 million yuan, including 2,279.02 million yuan for construction and installation, 542.77 million yuan for land use and demolition compensation, and 289.61 million yuan for other construction costs; The reserve fund is 280.02 million yuan, the interest during the construction period is 143.58 million yuan, and the total investment of the project is about 3535 million yuan. The source of funds is self-raised by the concessionaire and subsidized by provincial financial funds. Capital: The 70700 is RMB ten thousand yuan, accounting for 20% of the total investment, and the self-owned fund of the concessionaire is RMB 597.91 million yuan, accounting for 84.57% of the capital; According to Shanxi Province's "14th Five-Year Plan" investment policy for highway and waterway construction and maintenance, the provincial financial subsidy is applied for. According to the subsidy standard of 1.85 million yuan/km, the total length of Enterprise Avenue in Beiluoyin Interchange-Baijingdong Interchange Section of the project is 3.4 km after the reconstruction of the planned National Highway 108. As the new construction of Taiyuan Transit Section of National Highway 108 has been subsidized by the provincial financial subsidy, the provincial financial subsidy is (62.368-3.4) * 185 = 109.09 million yuan, accounting for 15.43% of the capital fund. Project financing: about 282800 million yuan of bank loans, accounting for 80% of the total investment.
