Digital New Energy DataBM. Com learned that on February 3, Chuneng New Energy Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement on energy storage with Saudi Al Rajhi Electrical and Shanghai Yitong (GREENGRID) in Daman, Saudi Arabia.

According to the agreement, Chuneng New Energy will supply a total of 5.5G Wh energy storage products to Al Rajhi Electrical in the next three years, and related products will be used for localized production and project construction in the Middle East market.

It is noteworthy that on January 16, Chuneng New Energy signed strategic cooperation agreements with WeaCan and Kemet in Egypt.

According to the agreement, WeaCan and Kemet are responsible for application scenario docking, government approval coordination, grid access support and localized operation services. Chuneng New Energy will supply a total of 6GWh energy storage products in stages and provide full-cycle technical support services.
