Jiangxi Province, issued the Announcement on the Proposed Approval of the Eco-environmental Impact Report of Yiyang Conch Nano Calcium Carbonate Project, which covers the period from September 21 to September 28.
Just a week ago, on September 14, the Bureau issued the Announcement of the Proposed Approval of the Report Form on the Ecological Environmental Impact of Yiyang Conch Calcium-based New Materials Project, which lasted from September 14 to September 18. The construction units of the
two projects are Yiyang Conch Cement Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 230 million yuan.
Calcium-based New Material Project: With an investment of 190 million yuan and an annual output of 200,000 tons
, the public announcement shows that Yiyang Conch Calcium-based New Material Project is located in the New Material Industrial Park of Sanxianling Town, Yiyang County, Shangrao City, with 75 mu of newly purchased idle land in the park and a total construction area of 54757 square meters. Construction of raw material warehouse and lime cellar, calcium hydroxide production workshop, coal grinding machine room, synthesis workshop, post-treatment workshop, packaging and finished product warehouse, etc., with 2 high-ratio calcium hydroxide production lines and 1 industrial calcium hydroxide production line. In
the project, purchased limestone and anthracite are used as raw and auxiliary materials, and calcium oxide is produced through limestone double-chamber kiln calcination and screening; then self-made calcium oxide and water are used as raw and auxiliary materials, and through screening, digestion reaction, sorting, packaging and other processes, the annual output of new calcium-based materials is 200,000 tons (including 100,000 tons of high-ratio calcium hydroxide and 100,000 tons of industrial calcium hydroxide). The total investment of
the project is 190 million yuan, including 8.9 million yuan for environmental protection.
Nano Calcium Carbonate Project: With an investment of 40 million yuan and an annual output of 50,000 tons
, the announcement shows that Yiyang Conch Nano Calcium Carbonate Project is located in the New Material Industrial Park of Jiangxi Yiyang High-tech Industrial Park, leasing part of the land of Jiangxi Yiyang Conch New Building Materials Co., Ltd. for construction, with a leasing area of 133333 square meters. It is a new project.
The project uses purchased calcium oxide and carbon dioxide as raw and auxiliary materials, and produces 50000 tons of nano-calcium carbonate annually through ashing, carbonization reaction, activation, dehydration, drying, milling and packaging. The quality of the product shall comply with the corresponding index requirements for evaluating the particle size less than or equal to 100nm in Table 1 of Nano Calcium Carbonate (GB/T 19590 — 2023). The total investment of the
project is 40 million yuan, and the total investment in environmental protection is 2.3 million yuan.
